Our Christmas festivities would not have been complete without a trip to visit Auntie Karrie at work and enjoy a good party put on by Microsoft.
This big candy cane greeted us on the way in and it set Blake off!
I think because it was close to naptime for him, Blake was just not up for some candy cane happiness.
While Ryan, me and Blake tried to lose the big candy cane, Karrie took Tate upstairs to check out the life-size snowglobe.
There were lots of kids this time, but Tate didn't seem to mind and had a good time with the snow and reindeer.
We found the cookie decorating station next.
Nothing puts a smile on Blakey face like cookies:)
They had piles and piles of sugar cookies waiting to be decorated.
Heaven.
They also had professionals decorating some cookies and I enjoyed eating their hardwork!
Delicious.
Blake piled on the frosting and then got as many M&M's on that Christmas tree that he could.
When Tate was done in the snow globe, Karrie and him joined us decorating cookies.
We decided we better get some lunch to go with our cookies.
While we were waiting for our sandwhiches we listened to these talented kids play the bells.
Tate and Blake loved the music.
On our way out we ran into the Gingerbread Man.
Luckily, Blake seemed to be over his fear of over-sized Christmas characters.
Frosty was there too!
Our last stop was to take a little train ride around part of the campus.
We waited a long time for that train ride.
The line didn't seem that long when we got into it, but when the train only has four small cars, it takes a while to get to the front of the line.
It was our turn finally!
The few minute train ride was almost worth the 15 minute wait.
We also grabbed a couple gingerbread houses to make at home since we needed to let Karrie get back to work. They were a great Sunday activity for Tate and Blake.
I think non-edible houses is the way to go next year.
We are so grateful Auntie Karrie took some time out of her busy day to let us join the party.
The boys had a wonderful time as always.
I love a quiet ride to grandma's house.
We still heart Microsoft.
A lot.

Ah, my wet hair mess is documented eek. Fun times, can't wait until next year.
For the record, I would be freaked out by the giant candy cane, too. That sure looks like a lot of fun!
