Home in the Snow

Here is the latest weather report for our neck of the woods: SNOW and more of it! I finally made it home last week with some assistance from my "snow-confident-driving" mom and Karrie for company. My mom drove me and Tate home and it was so nice to be back after 4 days. Can't say that we've done much because of all this snow. It's exciting to have snow, b/c we normally get nothing like this, but then it just starts getting in the way of doing things.

This is our house today after John, (sweetheart), shoveled the driveway so we can try and leave tomorrow.
It's probably the first time we've had snow that we haven't really been out to enjoy it. Tate already has a cold, so we thought better to keep him in and quite honestly I just don't have anything to wear!

Tate would rather crawl around inside, no socks of course, get into everything, and help me do some baking (and more baking b/c what else are you going to do when trapped inside for multiple days). Or, he likes cuddling with John!

This was before the wind storm and more snow. The hill in front of our house seems to make a great sledding hill for all the neighborhood kids and snowboarding older kids.

Andrew and Noel are out spreading kitty litter on our slick hill as we speak!
