Melissa's Blessing Weekend

Miss Melissa was blessed in church on Sunday, Sept. 28th.

We were so excited to get grandma and grandpa Sparky and Uncle Mike to come up for this special weekend. 

We wish we got to see more of these grandparents!

Melissa got all dressed up to meet grandma for the first time! 

Melissa got to wear her cousins (Paije, Piper and Chloe) blessing dress that was made by their Grandma Kacher.

It is a beautiful dress and I was so happy the timing worked out that Auntie Bonnie was in town and had the dress.

Angie and her two kiddos also came down for the blessing and attended church with us.

 After church, we all came home and had tacos!  A Krohn favorite.  It was a nice weekend getting to visit and catch-up with this side of our family.

We are not good at getting a big family picture at these events!

I think we're all just ready to get home from church and everyone disperses quickly.

Even though we may not have a big group picture, we are still so grateful for the love and support of family! 

Little Miss was ready for a nap after the morning at church. 

 My visiting teachers (Sue Moore and her mom Rosemary) gave me these booties which were handmade by Rosemary's sister.  They were perfect with the dress! 

A big group hug before grandma and grandpa had to leave early Monday morning.

We will miss them till the next visit. 

The boys loved having two dads around for the weekend. 
Uncle Mike is even more goofy then dad!

I hope we get to see more of Mike and his family soon.
