Our Spring Break was pretty low-key.
John was able to take off Thursday and Friday which was nice to be able to do some family things.
The weather was a bit on the sunny then cloudy, cool side.
We tried to make the most of it and get outside as much as we could.
One of our favorite parks to go to after we go on our little "hike" to the river.
Ryan has become an avid climber.
He wants to climb everything and do it himself!
So far, no major falls.
The boys love a picnic outside.
About two minutes after this picture, the jackets and hats went back on.
It was too chilly for me to stay out there too long.
We played lots of games which Blake dominated at.
Tate created some masterpieces in chalk!
Blake was a good big brother and pushed Ryan around.
He especially likes to send Ryan riding down the hills of our neighbors driveways.
Ryan loves it!
I was a little late get the boys signed up for Spring soccer.
Luckily, Blake was able to get on a team, but unfortunately Tate wasn't.
Blake is loving getting to play soccer on Saturday's and John is going to take Tate putting since he didn't get on a soccer team.
The boys love having friends over to play.
I love that they play together so well and don't need me to entertain them when friends are over.
While Tate is at school in the afternoon and Ryan is napping, Blake and I like to sharpen our Memory Skills. I am amazed at the patience Blake has playing games.
This memory game takes a while to get all the matches and Blake never gives up and usually gets the most matches!
One of the boys best buddies since we moved here-Amelia.
We were so sad to have to say goodbye to their family as they moved back to Utah a few weeks ago.
Amelia and Tate were in Kindergarten together and became great friends!
We're glad they are happy back in Utah, but sure do miss them.
We took Dad on our "hike" to the river.
We usually hike down the rocks to the river and the water level had risen a lot since the summer.
It was making John very nervous being to close to the swiftly moving water, so we didn't stay down there too long.
Chilly, but a much needed outing.
John was happy to get some projects in the yard done while he was off work.
The boys lasted a few minutes helping the dad out.
Same silly boys!
